La necesidad de involucramiento con los rostros de la violencia es un determinante que presentamos como objetivo fundamental en este número de la revista. Se pretende lograr una mayor vinculación y acción derivadas de las actividades científicas interdisciplinarias con el propósito de presentar no solamente las dimensiones comprometidas con la violencia, sino también análisis que cuentan como herramientas para fundar o refundar lo que significa ver y vivir con esos rostros que poco a poco se convirtieron en cotidianidad.
