Abstract
The text offers a propaedeutic on the new therapeutic approach of Clinical Philosophy in relation to the violence of involuntary hospitalization and its ideologized practices by the family, psychiatry, the judiciary and institutional supporters, as well as a critical-reflexive sketch on the phenomenon of the exiled singularity in each person. Furthermore, it proposes a differentiated reception, which is libertarian and contradicts the logics of coercion, alienation and deconstruction of the being-subject; this one seeks to overcome the protocols of the straitjacket of normality.
