Scope

Sílex is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research in the field of humanities and social sciences, with an emphasis on philosophy, ethics, politics, sociology, educational sciences, and media and communication. It accepts articles and essays that bring innovative theoretical perspectives and thorough empirical research, organized into thematic issues that encourage interdisciplinary dialogue. As a publication of Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya (Lima, Peru), it aims to spread high-quality scientific research that contributes to academic debate and the development of humanistic knowledge in Latin America and worldwide.
