Resumen

En el presente trabajo, desde una perspectiva de derecho comparado, se analiza la tutela jurídica del ambiente, a partir de la institución del litigio climático, que se presenta como una tutela del interés difuso ambiental, y como en las diversas familias jurídicas, la necesidad de su protección se ha convertido en una de las grandes materias de la ciencia jurídica moderna.
